Up next? Ten NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow pencils! These little cult favorites have made their way into sooo many makeup collections, it's not even funny. Their main use is for eyeshadow or lining, but most people use them as an eyeshadow base.

Hautelook recently had a nice NYX sale, so I was held at lipgloss-point to purchase a few items. I had to! I picked up two of their newest palettes in Nude on Nude Natural Look Kit and Purple Smokey Look Kit ($11 each). These little bundles of joy come with 9 eyeshadows, 2 lip colors and a tiny lip brush and sponge-tip applicator. Because I'm dedicated to helping you guys out, I'm going to slowly swatch them in batches so those of you who are looking for great inexpensive ways to beat your face, can know what to expect. This lip would look extra seductive on med-to-dark skin tones, and vampy on lighter skin tones (which isn't a bad thing at all).

Smokey eyes are probably the most popular way to pimp your eyelids. There are so many ways to smoke out your eye -- and not look like a panda in the process. Insert the NYX Winter in Moscow Smokey Look palette ($19.50); a handbook sized folding palette with a mirror, 2 blushes and 5 lip colors on one side, and 14 eyeshadows and applicators on the other side. I received this item to review from my good friend in lipstick, Linda. She asked that I review it so here we go :)
