A huge request from my lovely readers is to get a list of places you can buy authentic discontinued MAC products on Ebay. Many people are limited to Ebay as a means of buying their favorite items, and I totally understand that. MAC has a naughty habit of offering up a fabulous item — only to have it taken away in the blink of an eye. From a business standpoint, I get it — it keeps the company thriving and on their toes, but it SURE is frustrating when you can’t find your favorite blush anymore. Don’t fret! There are still ways to find what you’re looking for. Despite being surrounded by fakes and dishonest people on Ebay, there are some sellers out there who will not screw you over and will send you the real thing…

I hope this helps you guys find that coveted item you’ve been searching high and low for. Yes, a sad majority of MAC cosmetics being sold on Ebay are fraudulent as hell, but there are a few honest sellers you can absolutely trust. I Immediately placed my order with all cosmetics wholesale..funny I didn’t get any MAC though.(I got the urban decay foreshadow palette,tarte mini cheek stain in tipsy,revlon makeup eraser pen,smashbox dessert chic kabuki brush and the smashbox fusion cream eye trio in flashdance) The shipping to Holland was17,50dollar which isn’t bad. I decided not to get anything MAC because I plan to go all out on MAC but I want to start with the paint pots and brushes first..

I am so happy I found your blog. I think I bought fake MAC Dazzleglass from eBay seller: tructowa. Although their claim is everything they sell is 100% authentic. The Dazzleglass I bought, Steppin’ Out, didn’t have the MAC signature aroma nor the glitter staying power as the previous discontinued Dazzleglass shades I purchased from the Cosmetics Company Store at an outlet mall. I started looking at different blogs, and I am appalled that there are MAC fakes out there. Who knows what we’re putting on our skin and ingesting! It really makes me angry. I am happy to learn that rock-the-catwalk is a legitimate site. I am trying their service today.

I hate to say it but I have bought fakes from one of the sellers on your list! It was a few years ago and I think some of her stuff IS authentic, but she sneaks a few in and even admittted that she bought it from a “wholesaler” and we all know what that means since MAC does NOT Wholesale.
I purchased a MAC eye kohl from ebay with a batch code that says BC6. Do you think this is authentic? How would you know if you’re buying a fake MAC eye kohl? Any tips? Thanks.
That batch code sounds okay, but there are other characteristics to look for. such as cap color, lettering/font size, i’d have to see a pic to be sure.

Hey there accidentalbeauty.com, I was just wondering about acw and rock the catwalk… both of them claim to have wholesale mac, but mac does not do wholesale. nor do they have blems which acw has. where then are their items coming from? and how can i trust that every single item on the site is authentic when i don’t know where the items are coming from? just a question, not trying to say that they’re not reputable as i’ve ordered from acw before. but just want to know… where do they get “authentic wholesale mac.”

I WISH I had found this site about 2 weeks ago — before I spent $125 on fake MAC! I had NO IDEA there were fakes out there but then again I should have known $125 was too good to be true. Expensive lesson…

If your unsure… Ask the seller of a more detailed pic of the jar and if the sticker on the bottom for authenticity it shouldnt be black!!! It kills me that sellers say it’s mac guaranteed and come to find out from the Mac counter it’s a fake. When you get an item your unsure of take it directly to your local Mac store and they can steer you in the right direction they told me most ofthe pigments I got 3/15 were real. So only 3 were real Mac!!!!!! I felt taken for a fool!!! I’m not going to keep quite anymore others should know leave a neg feedback to warn others!! I find it shocking that a seller with 1400 pos ratings didn’t know they bought a fake Mac product!! Because when they realize it’s a fake they suck it up and say oh well it’s my own fault! NO it’s NOT your fault !! It’s the sellers that dont know a darn thing about Mac products and don’t care and ones that know their Mac” is fake and would rather choose to risk possibly being sued for a reaction to god knows what’s in the jar!! I think if they sell a fake they have one more chance incase they dint know but strike 2 they aren’t allowed to sell anymore!! Remember eBay offers a money back guarantee!! Which a fake item is covered as product it not why it’s described as!!!

How can one be added to your list of authentic sellers? Is there a screening process? I’m not running a business but I have a bunch of stuff I’m trying to list and its frustrating competing with fakers.
i usually post reputable links based on feedback. if a lot of ppl have tried an online vendor and have had nothing but great things to say about it, i’ll post it.
